The event which took place at the Ikoyi registry in Lagos also saw the presence of an ex Super Eagles striker Ayodele Makinwa, the groom’s brother, Thompson Onazi and close friend Ifada Ighodalo.
According to Vanguard, Onazi said: “I thank God for such a special day. Getting married is a milestone in the life of a man; to get married to a woman who you love and who loves you makes it even more special.”
It was disclosed that the pair have been engaged for about a year.
On the same day, the new Super Eagles sensation Moses Simon also married his long-time lover, Ibukun Sarah Adenuga.
As if it was planned, John Ogu, who proposed to his girlfriend on the football field also married that day.
