Funny! PDP Lawmaker Found Sleeping During The 2016 Budget Presentation



Hon. Essien Ayi, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, representing Calabar South in Cross River state was caught on camera sleeping during the Budget presentation by President Muhammadu Buhari at the National Assembly joint session yesterday, 22nd of December.
