The female bursar of Rivers State Polytechnic Bori, Lilian Ikombia Davies and a lecturer from the department of Management Sciences in Uniport, Dr Iba Lebari have been reported to be kidnapped.
The two are said to have been kidnapped at different locations in Rivers state and on the same day, Novemember 16, on their way home from work.
