Touching! See Parrot being Maltreated and Gets Its Feathers all Plucked out...See Photos

The Parrot named Javi after being called Hobby by its owners was so stressed it had plucked out nearly all of its feathers. It was seen to arrive at a sanctuary in Kansas, Texas, smelling like stale cigarettes and rotting rubbish, staff said.

The staff also stated on facebook,"No living being should be someone's hobby,".She went ahead to give update of the pet. See Photos of the bird below;
