Sambo Sues FG Over Infrigement to his Fundamental Human Rights.

Dasuki alleged that his life was under threat by the operatives of DSS and asked the court to stop the biege laid on his house and to remove all barricades obstructing his freedom.
The motion on notice was premised on five grounds including the request to enforce the 3 week permission granted him by the court to keep to rescheduled medical appointment with his physician abroad.
A date is still yet to be fixed for hearing by the court.
