An incident of power outage at the Murtala Mohammed airport in Lagos state caused panic to passengers as they were concerned about missing their flights. The international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos was thrown
into darkness on Wednesday night following a power outage which lasted for over
two hours causing passengers to create mild protest, according to the Punch.
According to the spokesman for FAAN, Mr. Yakubu Dati, the airport facilities including some cables are 40 years old but the enigneers are trying to resolve the situation.
