Former President Jonathan was a guest at the Presidential Precinct in Virginia USA where he gave a talk on Democratic leadership. Jonathan who conceded victory to Pres. Buhari after the presidential election, spent nearly a week, Nov. 8-13, at Precinct, having discussions with academic, government and business leaders and sharing his experiences with local experts.
